What is Stretch-n-Grow?

Stretch-n-Grow is the worlds leading health and fitness program for children. It was created in 1992 and has grown into an international network dedicated to establishing healthy habits in children. Fun fitness classes are conducted at preschools, day care centers, elementary schools, and recreation centers by well-trained and certified instructors. By making fitness fun, Stretch -n-Grow teaches kids to love exercise and helps them develop healthy habits at a young age. The program gives children a strong foundation for a lifetime of fitness habits that result in good health, strength, confidence, and positive attitudes.
